Welcome to the 7Roars Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before applying to become an affiliate.
1. Acceptance and Enrollment To become an affiliate, you must complete the application process at our website www.7roars.com. Your application will be reviewed, and acceptance into our program is at our sole discretion. If approved, you will be notified via email.
2. Affiliate Obligations As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote our products using only ethical and legal means, in compliance with all applicable laws and advertising standards.
- Maintain the integrity and reputation of 7Roars by not engaging in spam or unsolicited commercial email.
- Ensure that all your promotional materials honestly and clearly represent our products and services.
3. Commission Structure Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that occur through tracked affiliate links. The current commission rate is 15% of the sale price, subject to change at our discretion. Sales are tracked using cookies with a 30 day lifespan.
4. Payment Terms Commissions are paid monthly provided that the commission owed is more than $50. If it does not exceed this threshold, it will roll over to the next month. Payments are made via Paypal or Bank transfer, and you are responsible for any transaction fees.
5. Intellectual Property 7Roars grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, “Branded Materials”) that we provide you solely in connection with your promotion of our products. You may not alter, modify, or change these materials in any way.
6. Term and Termination This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
7. Modifications We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include changes in the scope of available commissions, payment schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
8. Limitation of Liability 7Roars will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
9. Disclaimers We make no express or implied warranties or representations concerning the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, legality, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). Additionally, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
10. Governing Law The laws of the United States will govern this Agreement, without reference to rules governing the choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in the US, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Acknowledgment By submitting your application to the 7Roars Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customer referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate websites that are similar to or compete with your website.
